Little Brewery in the Big City

Barbados, a pub at Karmelicka St. in the heart of Gdynia, is at the verge of serving its customers fresh, unpasteurized beer from its own brewery.

The brewing equipment will stand in the heart of the pub. One container will produce as much as 1000 litres of wort, from which beer will then be made and transported straight to the bar through special piping. The whole interior of the facility is now being transformed to accommodate both the brewing process and the customers' satisfaction.

The mini brewery will be called Lubrow, and it will serve four types of beer: Pils, lager, IPA and a dessert dark beer. The drink will be available also for takeaway in refill bottles.

"An unpasteurized beer is actually very healthy" said Mr. Tomasz, the owner of the pub, who has been interested in brewing for 10 years, and has built his first brewery five years ago. "It contains more vitamins and mineral salts than a glass of juice, it also causes no hangover, as beer heavily saturated with carbon dioxide"

"I can't wait until I tastem my first beer from Barbados. It's a dream about to come true" he said.
