Yesterday I found a ticket of 200 zl for parking on Mariacka Street. Strange because there is a parking for the flats around. Do I need a parking abonament? Thank you!

Yes you do. Bad luck there! The historic centres are usually pretty tricky in Poland owing to a lack of large car park spaces...
