ZERO STAR! We purchased the long break vouchers for two people and had our reservation starting at 16:15. We arrived at 16:05 and the lady at the front desk (I do not want to write her full name, but it starts with J) was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, she refused to let us in or to issue a refund .. Unfortunately, we had to call the police as she was very impolite and aggressive, yelling at us in front of the security guy and other customers. It was a nightmare dealing with them. Bad service, disrespect, unprofessionalism, scam and mistreatment. Avoid at all costs.
