For those needing to rest and rehabilitate from a stressful life of sleeping in luxury hotels and flying first class (those complimentary wines are just painfully small!), why not truly pamper yourself with a day at the spa? The spa offers doctor's consultations, baths, massages of a less erotic kind than in Riga, and some procedures that sound more scary than relaxing (Intramuscular injections? Binding? Electrical procedures and laser therapy? These all sound more like an interogation at Guantanamo Bay than a day at the beach!). For the truly stressed, you can also stay at the spa's Baltic Beach Hotel right on the beach, and enjoy the spa daily.
