Sparkling disco balls, opulent drapes and glittering confetti falling from the ceiling... It can only be the weird and wonderful world of Kiev clubbing! Part retro, part decadent and part unpretentious fun, PaTiPa seems to get the mix just right - if its perennial popularity is anything to go by. A young and crazy crowd reliably pack the dancefloor through the weekend (and beyond!) shaking their 'thangs' to palatable house, R'n'B and hip hop sounds. PaTiPa may not be for the purist, but if you like to drink, dance and flirt with sultry-looking school girls then walk this way...

Xenophobic bouncers, rude barstaff and mediocre music - that's PaTiPa. Kiev's clubbing scene is poor enough without this dive.

I had a few really cool nights at Patipa and then a week ago one of the DJ s decided I wasn't good enough for the club and refused to let me in because of face control. Okay so I am neither white nor under 23 but I was on the guest list and the featured DJ for the night was Punjabi MC. Patipa has some seriously racist bouncers.

patipa is an awesome club, the atmosphere is awesome and ive been there so many times. it is one of the best spots in kiev!

Right i heard that Patipa hosts a regular 'Topless Night' where they invite female DJs to spin and somehow persuade them to play topless. Is that true? I'm impressed if so!

great looking girls, good vibes. Not exactly dirt cheap but still cheaper than London. Patipa is well worth dropping by on.
