Christmas Festival

Fri 1st
Dec

Christmas is a very festive time of year in Poland and there is no lack of activities celebrating this very special time of year. The Christmas market starting on Swidnicka Street and running all the way to the Rynek (Main Square) is not too be missed! Wooden hut market stalls sell all sort of things -- christmas decorations, wooden toys, candles, jewellery, sweets, traditional food, baked chestnuts, ginger bread, grilled sausages, hot wine and other Polish products. A great way to get some of that Christmas shopping done. A huge Christmas tree lights up Wroclaw's Old Town Square, while Polish carol singers and entertianers perform traditional Polish Christmas carols and dances. Join in the festivities and get into the spirit of the season.
