This exhibition, devoted to Chinese ceramics, marks the opening of the National Museum's newest permanent addition to its space - the Gallery of Oriental Art. Colours and Shapes will feature a wide range of ceramics from as far back as the 7th century, from the Tang dynasty period to the Qing period which ended in 1912. For future exhibitions, we can expect ceramics from other countries as well, including Japan, India, and Korea.
