Ultima Thule

Now on display at the Studio BWA Gallery, Ultima Thule, explores the legend of the symbolic, northern island by the same name, where a sphere beyond the mind exists, beyond what can be comprehended or explained. The Freudian concept of Unheimliche, or The Uncanny, is also explored, via the drawings, paintings, and multimedia works of such artists as Mariusz Gutowski, Piotr Skiba, Hubert Czerepok, Kama Sokolnicka, Krzysztof Gawronkiewicz, and more.
