For this exhibition, the National Museum has pulled 20 French art nouveau glass works from its collection. France, particularly in Paris and Lorraine, was the source of some of the most important glass artists of the Art Nouveau period pushing the art in new directions. The highlight of the exhibition is a beautiful multi-layered glass vase from the workshop of Emile Galle.
