Inhabiting Exhibition

This new exhibition arranged by Awangarda Gallery curator, Anna Plotnicka, reveals the work of six German artists invited to "relocate" to Wroclaw in order to address the issue of contemporary nomadism in their art. As geographic and cultural distances continue to shrink worldwide, the responses of these six artists (uprooted and relocated to a foreign country very nearby and culturally similar to their own) reveals the difficult, discomforting and often comic situations of this ever-increasing contemporary phenomenon. The show will run until May 6th. Tickets are 8 and 4 PLN.
