Exhibition: Wroclaw Known and Unknown

Wed 1st
Apr

A fascinating look of history through art, the Telecommunications Museum's Wroclaw Known and Unknown exhibition will be showing a collection of 200 historic postcards curated by Adam Wiecek. Starting from the first known postcards in 1896, this illustrated form of communication continued through from the existence of Breslau (the German name of Wroclaw) through to Polish postcards starting in 1945. The postcards on display are illustrated with city streets and architecture so it's a unique way to explore the way the city has evolved, grown, destroyed and rebuilt. Opening 20th March.
