Exhibition: Furniture - Originals & Imitations

This exhibition aims to explore the relationship between originals and imitations of European furniture design through the ages. Focusing particularly on the Renaissance and Baroque of the 16th and 17th century and the items manufactured in the 19th century drawing from those ideas, the exhibition presents the creative atmosphere during these times and the reasons for the creation of copies in modern times.
