Wroclaw's most venerable festival has been organised every year since 1966, and 2008 with see the 43rd edition of the event come to town. A classical music festival of oratory and cantatas, Wratislavia Cantans invites choirs, orchestras and soloists from around the world to perform in some of Wroclaw's most beautiful churches and buildings. Expect magnificent performances from the likes of Gabrieli Consort, Paul McCreesh, Wroclaw Philharmonic Orchestra, Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra and James Gilchrist.
