That might sound like the start of a bad joke, but in fact these are just three of the very many famous names that have rested their heads on a Hotel Metropol pillow. Small wonder when you consider that they are some of the most comfortable cushions in town. Ever since it was completed at the turn of the 20th Century, the elegant Metropol building has enjoyed a special reputation amongst Moscow hotels for its unrivalled style and luxury - a reputation that remains deservedly undiminished in the today. If you really want to go wild book a presidential suite on the VIP floor... There's nothing quite like having your own breakfast hall.

THe Hotel metropol represents an excellent choice of hotel in Moscow. My wife and I had a delightful stay at the Metropol and the english speaking staff were very efficient and polite. Moscow is an amazing city with a fascinating history and atmosphere.
