Situated on the top floor of Minsk's major landmark, the diamond-shaped National Library, the tables at Graf Cafe boast the best views in town. The food is typical fare from local specialties like potato pancakes to pizza. The coffee is decent and there are beer on tap as well. But nobody comes here for the food - the 22nd-floor views are spectacular and any excuse to extend your visit to the National Library should be embraced! As an added bonus, the cafe also provides free wifi internet making it the perfect place to catch up on work or emails, surrounded by the breathtaking panorama just outside its windows.
