A quiet location, street-side patio, and varied menu has made Grunwald quite popular with visitors to Minsk looking for a taste of classic Eastern Europe. Despite its popularity, Grunwald is never overrun with tourists, and it does mean that some members of the staff speak a little English which is a rare plus in Minsk. On the menu you'll find Belarusian cuisine, some of which is apparently adapted from Medieval dishes, as well as modern European cuisine. A little pricier than many restaurants in Minsk, but if you nab a spot on the sunny patio the extra rubles are definitely worth it.
