Miami shopping

Miami is a strip mall shopping haven, but there are also dozens of gorgeous outdoor malls that cater to thrifty shoppers and big spenders. At the more upscale malls, such as Bal Harbour Shops or Merrick Park, window shopping may be what's affordable. But the average shopper also flocks to malls with a bit more diverse selection and outlet malls. Other free-standing chains, such as Marshall's and Target, dot the city and can easily be located online. Here are our favorite places to shop in Miami, many of which also happen to be nice places to stroll and people watch.
