If you'ld like to see something new and different you should definitely visit the Light Art Museum in Eindhoven.

The Light Art Museum is housed in the original Philips incandescant lamp factory and it is the only museum of its kind in the Netherlands. In fact, this museum and the well known Centre for International Light Art in Unna, Germany, are the only light art museums in Europe.

The Light Art Museum Eindhoven hosts several exhibitions per year (check our Events for more details), all centered around artificial light, from regular lamps to neon, fluorescent or phosphorescent paint and LED's. You haven't seen the best of the City of Light if you haven't been in its light museum!

I was at the opening last Friday of the light art museum exhibition Who's Afraid of Red, Amber and Green by Chinese artist Li Hui. It was astonishing! Huge light laser installations. Very impressive. If you have a chance, go and see it!

Stoit Groep Guest: Very Very Very Bad, They take sooooooooooooo long to give you the deposit back. They keep acting nice and use fancy nice words in the emails to justify the delay of your money. Stoit Groep Laura: Rented a house from them for over 2 years. When we notified them we were leaving, they came to do a pre-inspection and final inspection. After that, we didnt hear from them for a month. We asked them what would happen about the deposit. They started charging us for all kinds that wasn’t mentioned in either reports and even things that were already visible on the check in report! Still didn’t receive our €3000 deposit back from them. Stay away! Stoit Groep Laura: Don’t rent from these cowboys Stoit Groep Jimmy D: Unfortunately, despite all the warnings, reviews and news articles (Program Kassa) I made the mistake of renting an apartment through Stoit Group. It already started extremely badly with the delivery of the apartment: non-working central heating boiler, very dirty (attached photos), broken blinds and non-working ventilation system. Following that, Stoit also sent an unjustified invoice for mediation fees (€1,200), which I refused to pay. Stoit also did not adhere to the legal deadline of 14 days for refunding the deposit. This took over 7 weeks(!). You only receive the deposit after they make an illegal deduction for damages. In my case it was for lime scale (which is not seen as a damage by law) and an invoice where everything is redacted. In short; be warned about, Stoit is known for it and the Municipality of Eindhoven is aware of it!
