The kitchens at Café Vux must be busy but joyful places - such is the range of delights that emerges from them fresh each day.
Cakes, cookies, waffles with hot fruit and whipped soya cream... these are just some of the temptations that we absolutely defy you to resist. If you don't have a sweet tooth, try one of the Vux bagels or open sandwiches, all made with fresh ingredients, of course. Naturally, you're going to need something to drink too; you could opt for the fair-trade coffee or hot chocolate - or, be a little more adventurous and try the home made lavender syrup.
