Marjellchen is a truly romantic hideaway for couples seeking a taste of real German cuisine.
The menu is inspired by the owner Ramona's grandmother. Although Ramona says that she herself was born in Italy and has fond memories of Rome, it was to her family recipe book that she turned for inspiration when she opened her restaurant.
The flavours are definitely Prussian, and Ramona brings generations-old culinary secrets of this part of Eastern Germany to modern Berlin in a very friendly and easygoing style. Marjellchen doesn't skimp on the servings either - so you are not going home hungry.
