Since 1999, Soyka has been a Biscayne Boulevard staple, which caters to a trendy crowd with a bit of money to spend and a sophisticated palate. Prices aren’t outrageous, but diners should expect unusual fusions like mango & quinoa salad or lobster ravioli. Ordinary burgers and pizza are also on the menu, too.
