Every Sunday POPEI presents free live music from talented singer-songwriters. Sunday November 10th David Ellis will play in an intimate setting at the café or terrace a few set. David Ellis is a Brabant Singer-Songwriter doing try-outs for his upcoming debut album, which is produced by Michael Prins. The English-language songs are about the death of his mother and the grieving process that followed in recent years. He looks for themes that reflect his greatest burdens and loves. Including guilt, separation anxiety, doubt and the music. He takes you on a ride through his own development. David is inspired by Folk musicians such as Nick Drake, Bon Iver, Bob Dylan and Michael Prins.
