The second edition of Fix Je Bizz will take place on Tuesday 24 September. Masterclasses and workshops in which you learn business control skills for your music. This time with the theme "Book your own performances" with musician Daan van der Vorst among others.

Fix Je Bizz is a recurring meeting about the business side of being a musician. You know, that "whatever comes with it" if you want to make music for more people than yourself: bookings, finances, technology, promotion, and so on. This time it's about how you book your own performances. We are going to give each other tips and inspire the great business side of music. How do other musicians do that? What do they encounter? What doesn't work and what makes you unique compared to other musicians, when it comes to approaching your audience? Musician Daan van der Vorst will take the lead to explain how he successfully books gigs for his own bands. Daan is a drummer from Eindhoven who has been active in the live circuit since 2007. He currently plays in bands such as Ray Stepien Trio, Potman JR and Rick Gray (USA). In the past he has also played for artists such as Iris Penning, Camilla Blue and Aidan & The Wild. He takes you into his journey of business and music. It's great to get a glimpse into the kitchen of an experienced musician! Do you have success stories yourself?
