Double bill: Omninaut and Sarah Kenchington

Omninaut (Arvid Jense & Marie Caye): Electronic absurdism. Through music and spoken word, sound becomes a material for surreal atmospheres. Nothing is ever assured in their universe of improvisation, found objects and homemade instruments.

The one-woman orchestra of Sarah: One musician plays multiple instruments simultaneously through self-built constructions or interfaces. On her farm the Scottish improviser Sarah Kenchington makes the most bizarre, semi-mechanical assemblies from classical instruments such as violins or a tuba, following the example of Mauricio Kagel's Zwei Mann Orchester in 1973.
