This year will be plentiful with events in Bucharest!

Ricchi e Poveri, one of the best known Italian pop groups of the ‘70s and the ‘80s will give a concert at Bucharest’s Palace Hall,



April 5.


Mark Knopfler, the songwriter and guitarist of the band Dire Straits, will play live in concert, also at Palace Hall, a performance expected to be among the sold-out events of the year. The set will include both songs from his solo career and hits of the band with whom he made history.



May 15.


Definitely one of the most awaited shows this year! Depeche Mode are back at the National Arena; thhe band, which redefined music as we knew it, will be for the second time in Romania for a grandiose show part of their first tour in four years. Depeche Mode are also preparing to launch their 13th album, which includes “the best produced Depeche Mode songs ever,” as the band members themselves said.

Rock the City festival at Romexpo, with Rammstein one of the headliners, returning to Bucharest this year with the incendiary show “Rammstein and Friends”.

Rocker King Diamond returns to the stage with a flamboyant show to include the OST Fest: The Release of the Beasts, the festival to run at Romexpo Bucharest.



Aug 28.


The Roger Waters concert in Constitution Square, is an unique opportunity to watch in Bucharest this super-production inspired by “The Wall”, one of the most emblematic albums of Pink Floyd. Held as a masterpiece, the show staged by Waters, one of the much-loved band’s founders, is the perfect combination of live music, impressing projections, amazing visual effects and grandiose settings, all joined into a colossal construction designed in the form of the famous “The Wall”.

New edition of the Enescu Festival: The first name confirmed so far is actor John Malkovich, with the project “The Infernal Comedy. Confessions of a Serial Killer” which he will perform in Bucharest.



Sept 5 – 8,


Cirque du Soleil, too, will come to Bucharest with “Alegria” show, at the Central Romexpo Pavilion. “ Alegria” – Spanish word for optimism, joy, gayety – features 55 performers and musicians from 15 countries.
