WORKSHOP MAKING GIN (TOUR INCLUDED)

The workshop starts with a tour. We show you the process from raw material to finished product. We explain how our potstill works, the differtent phases in the proces of distillation and the maturation process in our oak barrels. With nosing and tasting you experience every step of the process. After the tour you can experience the differences of our different gins. Pure and in combination with different tonics. Then you will create your own gin. You will determine your own taste preferences. After that you select distillates and extracts to make your DIY Gin. You can judge your DIY self gin and each other’s creations. You take your own bottle of DIY gin back home.
