It’s a beautiful hotel.. so very comfortable and relaxed.
Excellent Place My husband and I visited Vienna for 2 weeks - 2 criteria were : being able to make breakfast and a king-size bed (and a bath tub if possible). This apartment hotel was perfect, the kitchen is located on one wall and is superbly equipped (incl. proper egg holders) with salt and pepper mills, coffee and tea as well as sugar provided (induction cook top, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine ...), a large table (4 chairs) separates the "kitchen" from the rest of the (large) room which has a comfortable chair, large sofa (pull-out bed) and 2 ottomans; the bedroom is behind a partition and has closets and night tables on each side (not sure why the bed is located on an elevated platform which requires 2 steps for access - visual effect ?); there is a very large bathroom (tub with shower) as well as a second fair sized powder room, both with ample counter space and "cubby holes" below, the room(s) are very high (4 m / 12 ft) and have in-floor heating throughout. There is maid service every day and laundry service is available. Best of all - the hosts (owner/managers) are extremely helpful and English is standard. The location is within easy walking distance and the Metro station is across the street. We'll stay here again - it's just about perfect.
A busy but friendly hotel in a very good location. Staff were helpful and the rooms were very clean and well-kept. I would certainly use the hotel again, and recommend it to others...
I stayed at Wombat Hostel near Westbahnoff for two nights. Its one of the best hostels I ever lived. The staff is cooperative and very helpful. I am sort of guy who never cooked and did not know how to use a laundary machine... its true. They even offered me to help me in using laundary machine. This hotel is really incredible - and incredibly expensive as well! A great location for a romantic weekend. Leave the kids at home!

i stayed at wombat vienna and was so dissapointed in the service there!!! i left my wallet in my room and was on a bus on the way to munich when i realised and i called stressed out as all my cards were in it and a lot of cash and being a traveller needed it back urgently! the staff at the hostel would not even check the room for me told me just to e mail them!! i was shattered being such an important thing 2 more phone calls later and just being fobbed off they insisted someone had walked up! i still dont have my wallet back or any cash and am stuck here untill i work something out when i know for a fact if they had of walked up when i rang i knew where it was they could of helped me out!! happy to take our money and thats as far as it goes !! thanks a lot guys

We couldn't have been more chuffed with the Nossek. Slap bang in the centre of town. Comfy beds. Nothing super snazzy in decor but all in good taste. Pretty yellow breakfast room. Vienna generally a revelation, and Pension Nossek provided a charming base!

This hotel lived up to the expectations and Vienna surpassed them. Not cheap but money well spent. Give it a try... we loved it.

Couldn't have asked for a more congenial hotel. Not a glitz and glamour number but friendly service, comfortable rooms and fantastic setting near the main cathedral. Breakfasts excellent and they last until late in the morning.

The Pension Nossek was a real find. Couldn't get a better location, and helpful staff too. Our only complaint is that we had to keep totting on things to the breakfast that we thought were included. But still, we'd go back at a drop of the hat. A big thumbs up for the Nossek!
