Built of genuine wood logs, and serving some lip-smacking regional specialties, such as potato pancakes with goulash sauce, grilled sheep cheese with cranberries or a sauerkraut soup, the inn aims to revive the true highlander spirit. The restaurant is a great place for skiers, as it is located just besides the ski slopes of upper Szczyrk. In summer the restaurant attracts with a breathtaking view and a variety of possibilities to the active guests.
Karczma Ciosana offers also bed and breakfast, as well as organizes various events, with folk atmosphere and genuine hospitality.
