One of the newest and boldest additions to the West End, the W is located in a striking, translucent, colourfully lit building on the corner of bustling Leicester Square. Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Chinatown, and Regent Street are all moments away by foot. However, the stunning, stylish design of the place, coupled with its stellar location, does make for an appropriately pricey rate. The sheer size of the place does allow for quite a variety in rooms and rates, though, and there is even a spa, fitness centre, as well as a lounge, nightclub, and exclusive Southeast Asian restaurant from Michelin starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
