The home-grown Qubus chain has made a big splash on the Polish market. Their Gdansk outlet is one of the jewels their crown, with a sweeping view over the River Motlawa and the Old Town proper. Rooms are well-appointed with broadband Internet connection, Wi-Fi, an LCD, satellite TV, a radio and a phone. An ideal base for both businessmen and travellers, Qubus is just a casual walk away from the historic centre and easily accessible by car. Sumptuous breakfasts are on hand, and a business centre for guests who have work on the agenda. All in all a bankable choice.
