On the 24th of November at 6 pm a retrospective presentation of films from the cycle PARAKINO will be shown in CSW Laznia. Several video works from the program XI International Media Art Biennale WRO05 will be featured.
The latest edition of the now two-year-old festival of media art in Wroclaw is a survey of the many directions of development and changes in contemporary art utilizing the newest communication technology. Without a doubt, the works of art created with the help of new media have a direct effect on the shape of contemporary audiovisual culture, and are significantly affecting the picture of art in general. They both inspire and raise questions.
