EXHIBITION: THE BEAUTY OF NUDITY - THE NUDE IN POLISH ART

Mon 1st
Jun

If there's one subject in art that never goes out of fashion - save for during the Reformation that is - then it's the nude. And this exhibition assembles dozens of examples, mainly of "the fairer sex." Connoisseurs will find paintings by some of the most glittering names in Polish art, from Art Nouveau onwards. Look out for works by such masters as Leon Wyczółkowski, Alfons Karpiński, Władysław Podkowiński, Józef Pankiewicz, Zbigniew Pronaszko, Wojciech Weiss and Kazimierz Mikulski.
