As long-running shows go, thise one has had a very respectable run indeed, having premiered way back in 1999.

In this production, featuring Krzysztof Łakomik in the title role and Joanna Banasik as Caesonia, the insanity of Rome's most characterful emperor is laid bare through the words of a much later (though some might say equally unusual) writer - Albert Camus.

At 60zł a ticket, it's not cheap, but the fact that it's still going after so long, and that audiences are still flocking, suggests that it's a show worth seeing.
