Christmas Bazaar

Thu 16th
Dec

The Polish Christmas is full of charming traditions and legends. Indeed, out here in the countryside, it's always been believed that the goodly farm animals talk in human voices on Christmas Eve. Likewise, kids get two cracks of the whip when it comes to presents. First up is St. Nicholas' Day on December 6th, followed by Christmas Eve, the main celebration (see below). Meanwhile, if you're after some presents for friends and family - or you simply want to spoil yourself - head over to Independence square, where you'll be able to pick up all kinds of Highland goodies, edible and otherwise.
