Like many major cities, Bangkok offers free tours that work on tips alone. Not only is the tour technically free, it’s also good and has been given accolades by many sources such as Tripadvisor. The 2.5 hour tour meets at 10:45am daily at Sanam Luang and visits many of the major sites and temples. The company also offers free paid tours if necessary. Reservation is recommended, but not required, for the general free tour.
