Where to change money in Poznan?

Anyone know where the best rates are being offered for changing pounds into zloty in the city?

I usually just use my cash card in a Bankomat (ATM or cash machine) This seems to give me the best rates. I never really trust the guys running those bureaux de change (kantor)
