Local elections in Krakow: How to register as an EU citizen?

Hello all, Does anyone have information on how to register to local elections in Krakow coming next month. As EU citizens, we have the right to vote in local elections of the city where we are settled. I woudl like to grab this opportunity to decide what to do with the incoem taxes I am giving to the Mayor! :D For info, I live in Krakow for 3 years and registered (zameldowanie). Thanks in advance.
