Well made cocktails??

Hi My Lady and I are in town for a couple of days and are looking for bars that are making well made cocktails. All ready been to Mercy’s Brown but now looking next place... Looking for the flavours, the marksmanship and the atmosphere. Not the party, not the drunk or the cheap booze (but of course don’t want to pay to much...) Love speak easy places, 20’ties stile or a touch of burlesque...
