“Chocolate is truly my thing. By profession, I’m a chef, but at home, I still enjoy cooking, especially when sweet ingredients land on my table. We’ll get inspiration from both a classic and a not-so-mainstream approach to chocolate. Let’s rediscover the cocoa bean's goodness — there's much to learn! Our chocolate making classes serve as a great activity for any special occasion, a corporate team-building exercise — or, just because! A perfect opportunity to make custom chocolate gifts for all your friends & family or purchase a class as a gift! Whatever the case may be, we've got plenty of chocolate to go around!“
