Tickets are available from the booking windows between 6AM & 10PM. However, the International Travel Desk is open 24/7 and sells both domestic and International tickets anyway so don't you even worry about those booking windows. Travelling is already stressful enough without unnecessary mental baggage. Plus you can also cut out the middle man on most domestic routes and buy bus tickets from the actual bus driver. Yes, this can put you at risk of missing out on a seat in super busy already full busses... but you should not live your life in fear of missing out.
