Wieza Cisnien is an elegant and expertly restored 'Water Tower' south of Wroclaw's main train station. An amazing and unique architectural feat, the structure can now be visited by tourists as a place to drink, eat and buy exquisite wines and spirits. This restaurant, on the tower's second floor, has a truly unmatched atmosphere thanks to the bizarre building it occupies. The unique venue, excellent menu and fine wine selection make it an unforgettable experience.

Top class restaurant, it's always a pleasure to be here. Every time we are in Wroclaw we need to be here for a supper. Thanks a lot for your excellent service!
We used this restaurant couple times and we were very happy with the service. You just need to remember that most of the meals offered (apart from the bistro downstairs) are freshly made according the order so it takes at least 30 min to be ready. Therefore you need to order some starters first. Other solution is to phone with the order first...
Best food, nice and you are not going to be robbed! Some other places think they could charge for the name, especially if they put in some italian word! Best in W-law, by far!
We always organise our company meetings here. Top class, very high standard of the service. A nice change comparing to some other places we've been before in the centre...
There is no better place in Wroclaw. What a view, what an interior and of course - great cuisine, everything fresh and tasty!
Slow Service? Welcome to POland! The food is great though. Not a good place to head before the Opera though... you'll miss half of it ;)
Definitely this place is worth to be recommended - great cuisine and fantastic atmosphere, great both for business and private meeting! The staff could be a bit quicker that's true but it is not too bad - as long as you are not in the hurry it shouldn't bothered you ;)
I have been 3 times there and friends told me the same: food is very good but the service is far too slow if not to say arrogant. I never made it to get a second drink before I finished my second course. waiter simply did not appear. And they never ask u, if anything is missing, glasses and bottles are obviously empty, but they do not care. So if you like to be an active guest and chase the Kellner, then: witam!
Amazing restaurant in an amazing building. Even if you are not hungry you have to go and check this place out
