Wizzair Increases Flights to Wroclaw

Lowcost carrier Wizzair has announced two more flights to Wroclaw Copernicus Airport, from London Luton and Doncaster (Sheffield), which will start operating in early 2008.

With many Poles seeking to work in Britain and many Britons seeking to holiday in Poland, the market is buoyant for such routes which serve both parties well. Although still shaded by Krakow as Poland's number one tourist destination Wroclaw is making a name for itself as both a cultural and nightlife hotspot, with increasing numbers of Britons visiting for short breaks, romantic weekends and (inevitably) stag nights.

As of February 2008 they will be able to take advantage of five weekly flights to and from Luton and three to and from Doncaster.
