Great wine? From Latvia? Really? Well, yes. Great wine is available in Latvia - though it's not a nation know for its wine-making or indeed wine-drinking prowess. Nevertheless, step into Riga's Vina Studija and you will be faced with a near impossible task - to choose a bottle from the huge stock held at the store, hailing from all over the world. There's a restaurant attached too, which could be the perfect excuse to sample some of the produce before you make up your mind.
