Infinity Fitness is a name that suits this complex well, as it caters for all levels and covers a huge variety of activities.
There are personal training programmes available, so you get exactly the right work out that is tailored to your own abilities and changes as you progress. Work out at the gym, pedal your way to fitness in the bike lounge, or relax in the spa lounge, safe in the knowledge that the experts here are up to date with the most modern techniques available.
If you're into something a little tougher, check out the Infinity Fight Club - with its boxing and kick-boxing training and workouts.
There's a restaurant too, for when it's all over and you need to restore some of that energy.
