Everything about Uzbekistana is authentically Asian - from the interior decor to the dishes on the menu. The kitchen is overseen by Tadjibaev Akhral, whose 35 years of culinary experience have included stints in top restaurants in Tashkent and Moscow. special chill-out place, where you can sit down on soft pillows made by Uzbek craftsmen, drinking tea and enjoying the magic of the East. There are some very beautiful touches to the restaurant - replica musical instruments which diners are welcome to try out, and a canary that sings happily as meals are served.
