Bellevue says it all about this restaurant... from the fabulous view across Riga and beyond to the carefully presented meals, everything here is just beautiful to look at. Based on the 11th floor of the Maritim Hotel, Bellevue is the place to be for creative, gourmet cuisine from some of the top (no pun intended) chefs in Latvia. Each day there are special recommendations, as well as restaurant standards including fish, meat and vegetarian main courses, salads and soups, and sumptuous desserts. Many of the dishes on offer are classics, but bearing the unique mark of the inspired team behind the kitchen doors.
