Everyone from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Gareth Southgate loves a slice of pizza. And while we don't recommend staying inside too often as Riga has far too much to offer, sometimes you just want to lounge about the house (or hotel) and order a pizza. Luckily, Cili delivers to just about every part of the Old Town and Central District. Or, if you're up and about town (good for you!) you can always drop by one of their locations for a quick hot bite, including their new ones at Mukusalas 73 and inside the Zoom shopping centre. To order delivery by phone, just call (+371) 800-3355.

An extremely sad place. No understanding what a service is, noone cleans table after previos guests, lack of knowledge on such elementary thing that you don't bring appetizer AFTER the main course, food quality at a level of factory cantine... do not go there!! And sadly, this is not an unlucky coincidence, but regular practice.
Cili Pica in Jurmala had the worst service. We've gone 3 times now and had to wait over an hour for food. This last time we sat fifteen minutes before my husband got up to get menus. We waited even longer to be waited on. Finally, based on our previous experiences at this location, we decided to leave. Don't waste your time here. They need better management in my opinion.
We went to Chili Pica next to Laima Clock in Riga center. Never going back there. Ordered just salad and had to wait 30-45 min, when food finally came it was disappointment too. Nothing like looked in menu and much smaller + stale croutons.
Rating just for this Chili Pica. Other places were not like this one.
The pizzas were OK but the DRINKS WERE NOT. Both my apple juice and my boyfriend's Coke had been watered down. The Coke didn't even sparkle because of the water. Maybe it's a custom in Latvia because the juices had been watered down at our hotel's breakfast too... I enjoyed my pizza, though.
It is quite famous in Riga and there are a lot of venues where you have this restaurant chain.
But the food is not good. You can eat it, but if you know REAL pizzas with taste and spices then you don't like it.
An English girl recommended that place, that's why we went there. So maybe I am a little bit more sensitive in pizza things :-)
