This breezy, informal bar makes for a very pleasant lunch stop, with its veranda outside and an air of unpretentious cool. Chunky wooden furnishing, hanging lamps and a funky chillout soundtrack set the tone for a relaxing meal - be it the surprisingly cheap English breakfast buffet, or a pub lunch. The club sandwich is even served on a wooden slab rather than a plate, which provides some interesting challenges for the messy eater. A word of warning to witty lotharios - the bar maybe called Salt'n'Pepper but our "Let's talk about sex baby" line didn't wash with the cute waitress...
