At the top of the eleven-storey Alber Hotel in Riga's Art Nouveau District you'll find the scenic Star Lounge. Take a stroll on the outside terrace, which is bolted to the side of the building, and get a great view of Riga from above. The bar is the perfect setting for a cocktail or a beer before heading out into the city, or for a relaxing evening spent gazing out at the city lights.
