If cleanliness and simplicity is what you're looking for in a hostel, Riga Backpackers is just that. From the outside, it looks like your typical hostel: a clean common room, no curfew, fresh linen and bedding, and a great location close to the Latvian National Opera. But under its squeaky exterior is a raunchier side: if you're dying for some local sleaze, Riga Backpackers is the only hostel (that we know of) that offers a free 'erotic' massage (wink wink nudge nudge) if you stay with them for seven days. We hope that also includes free erotic massage protection, or you might be bringing home more than postcards.
